Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer all Domestic Delivery through Hong Kong Post / S.F. Express.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery Availability

Domestic delivery services are available only within boundaries of Hong Kong SAR, including industrial and commercial areas, residential areas, outlying islands and rural areas.

Delivery services are not applicable for Government units and frontier closed areas.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

zenz.hk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer FREE shipping with orders over $500 HKD. For orders under $500 HKD, the flat rate delivery cost is $100 HKD.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

zenz.hk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
